When will my artwork ship?
Please allow 7 business days for your artwork to ship. Most work is shipped through UPS. All orders over $500 will require signature at delivery. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships.
DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS ON ARTWORK PURCHASED ONLINE?
Yes! You have 5 days to decide whether or not the painting works for you in your space. Please e-mail me within 5 days to let me know you will be returning it.
You may return the artwork in perfect condition in its original packaging at your expense for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Artwork must be insured for its full value upon return and be postmarked for return within the 5 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
what if i’m not sure if a painting will look good in my space?
Feel free to e-mail me a photo of your space and I will help you decide on the appropriate size and create a photo of the artwork in your space to see prior to purchase.
DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?
Yes, please email me with what you are looking for, i.e. size, favorite paintings of mine, timeframe, and we can discuss if a commission is the right fit.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
Yes, please contact me prior to ordering to discuss framing options and cost. Frames will need to be ordered and take an additional time to arrive and frame. Artwork that has been custom framed is not returnable.
